As Founding Director, he has been an integral component of the Company. He has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious College of Engineering, Pune. Over 40 years of hard work and commitment to work has allowed him to realize his vision of turning his company into a leading real estate brand in Pune.
With over four Decades of experience in the industry and having completed over 60 projects in Pune, he has now forayed into townships and SEZ’s. A titan in his field, he leads Bhansali Group as its Chairman & Managing Director.
He might appear as a man of few words, but when he speaks all ears promptly listen. His sharp intellect and decision making skills have helped the company achieve a consistent growth graph.

With a bachelors degree in civil engineering from Pune University and over a decade’s experience in real estate development, he has been looking after the day-to-day functioning of the technical departments of the company.
He also focuses on the long-term investments of the company, concentrating on a portfolio of asset creation. Having taken upon the mantle of furthering the Group’s business to new horizons, he is shaping new strategies for extending their brand name to varied areas and geographies. He believes in team work and likes to work with the best minds in the business.

A bachelors degree in civil engineering from Pune University with Masters in Construction Management from Cass Business School in London, he is
reinventing business strategies for the group.
He has gained experience in industrial contracting and likes to adopt new technologies in the construction segment. He has also been a part of Harvard School extension program bringing in his expertise in finance and marketing. His natural leadership skills, together with his engaging persona, helps provide clear direction and problem solving experience which is invaluable to the youthful and passionate team in which he leads.
“New ideas will drive the future growth” is his mantra and this can be clearly experienced in his way of working.
